Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but I can't figure out why .heic photos taken with my newly acquired iPhone 16 Pro won't display correctly once uploaded (just a blank, grey thumbnail). Uploads worked fine with .heic photos taken with my iPhone 13. The only obvious difference I can see is that the file size is larger due to a higher mp camera. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I found a work-around: if I upload to Pegasus directly from a browser on my iPhone 16 Pro, the photos are automatically converted to .jpeg and upload just fine, albeit still a large file size. It's only a problem when they're uploaded from my phone to my cloud account, then uploaded to Pegasus from my computer (in their original .heic format). Unrelated note: The .jpeg photos uploaded directly from my phone seem to upload sideways and I have to go in and rotate each one.
